Student worker for our finance department

Job description

Our previous student assistant has moved on to new opportunities. Therefore, we are now looking for a dedicated student assistant who can start as soon as possible and, at the same time, complete their internship with us in spring 2025 as part of their education.

In this role, you will develop competencies in finance and economics while gaining experience in areas such as classic bookkeeping, financial controlling, and reporting. You will become an important part of our finance team and handle a range of varied and exciting tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable and receivable: Managing invoices, travel expenses, and registering payments and disbursements.
• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation of profit and loss statements and balances.
• Participation in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and budgets.
• Preparation and submission of VAT to the Danish Tax Agency as well as reporting to Statistics Denmark and other authorities.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting, providing insights into the company’s financial performance.

• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview of different tasks and deadlines.
• You have strong numeracy skills and a keen interest in IT and financial systems.
• You deliver precise and high-quality work and naturally take responsibility for your tasks.
• You are flexible and adaptable to varied tasks and have a positive approach to your workday.
• You thrive in collaboration and communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, and you are confident in both spoken and written communication.
