The client

Cabinplant began as a Danish company providing turn-key solutions and has grown into a global leader in the food processing industry. With over 300 employees across subsidiaries in Germany, Spain, Poland, and the United States, and a network of agents in more than 40 countries, they serve customers worldwide. Cabinplant is known for their innovative processing technologies, specializing in weighing, packing, and handling complex raw materials.

The need

Cabinplant needed guarding systems for both small and large areas to secure their turn-key solutions. The primary focus was on hygienic design to prevent contamination, which is critical in the food industry. Additionally, the safeguards needed to withstand high impact loads to ensure safety and prevent accidents. They also had to be flexible to adapt to their customers’ varied production facilities and easy to install.

The solution

We provided Cabinplant with solutions from our NTF Protect category, including both In-Line and Comp-Line systems, available in AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. These systems are complete stainless steel solutions, customized to fit specific needs. All custom solutions are designed with a focus on safety, hygiene, and easy cleaning to meet the strict demands of the food industry. The In-Line system is easily mounted onto machines, while the Comp-Line system provides flexibility for larger areas, ensuring both security and efficiency. For nearly 20 years, Cabinplant and NTF have successfully collaborated to deliver high-quality results.
