Frontmatec is a global organization with more than 3,000 employees, and in 2022, the company strengthened its position through a strategic merger, expanding its ability to deliver complete and innovative solutions across the value chain. For more than a decade, we have delivered solutions supporting Frontmatec’s projects with both Comp-Line and In-Line systems.

The need

While Frontmatec provides end-to-end automation systems, it requires complementary machine guarding solutions tailored to the specific demands of its customers. Therefore, we share mutual values in terms of prioritizing safety and hygiene, while supporting workflows and efficiency.

The solution

To meet these requirements, we have delivered tailored NTF Protect Comp-Line machine guarding solutions designed to integrate seamlessly into the overall setups.

The machine guarding is produced in high quality AISI 304, 1st class pickled stainless steel, ensuring long-term performance, even in demanding conditions with frequent exposure to cleaning agents. The combination of Comp-Line and In-Line ensures reliable and proven solutions for optimal safety and hygiene, while simultaneously assuring specific tailoring for machine-specific needs.
