The DLSO-Ecoline through-sole washer is designed for optimal cleaning of shoe soles while maintaining a high level of safety with forced passage of personnel through all hygienic controls. Two horizontally mounted rotating brushes covered by a fold-out stainless steel floor grate ensure fast cleaning of the soles.

The rotation of the brushes is activated by sensors located on the input and output side, which also activate the release of detergent and water mixture. The brushes can be adjusted to run for between 1 and 10 seconds. The handrail ensures constant standing stability throughout the cleaning process. The integrated dosing system ensures the optimal mix of water and disinfectant. This mixture is sprayed onto the brushes as they rotate, ensuring optimal and effective disinfection of the soleplate.
