Our solar panels and heat pump are finally ready for use. As promised, 2026 would be the year we implemented sustainable energy measures at our facility.
These measures are all part of our goal to reduce our carbon footprint and environmental impact, working towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This is especially relevant for goals 12 and 13, “Responsible consumption and production” and “Climate action”, respectively.
We strongly believe that the Danish sun will be a great addition to the team, providing sustainable energy to our facility. Furthermore, the switch to using a heat pump is another implementation that will help us reduce our energy consumption and impact on the environment.
As global manufacturers in the stainless steel industry, we find it increasingly important to prioritize beyond our product portfolio.
This is merely the start of our sustainability journey, and we are excited to see what the future brings.
